Emilio was very friendly and explained everything carefully. He also offered me the buy back option at a fixed rate. I was very happy with the service. And was very pleased when I opened the money that it contained a good mixture of notes and even some coins which are very useful when arriving at the destination.

The lady is always texting someone on the phone and it seems that the customers are annoying her whenever she gets one.
I was here yesterday (16SEP) evening and today at 13.00 hours (17 SEP).The girl was super rude and don't wanted to reveal her name when I asked. Yesterday she told western union website isn't working (even without looking at the computer monitor). I returned after couple of hours and still without even looking at the computer monitor she told it's not working!
Today she told that they don't have enough cash as it is Sunday!
BOTH DAYS SHE WAS BUSY ON HER MOBILE!
Staff should be given some training on customer care and they should wear a name badge!

Nida (at Cabots Circus Bristol on Monday afternoon was about to lock up as I was a bit late) but very generously and efficiently served me. Good rate, very friendly service with a smile so will use again.

Infuriating experience! The most patronising, condescending and obnoxious staff.

The man behind the counter made the whole process harder and more drawn out than it needed to be by asking inappropriate and personal questions about why I was exchanging the money, how I was going to spend it, why I was exchanging that amount and even If I had a job?! Even when I asked “do you need this information to proceed” he told me he did not but wouldn’t continue until I answered. He appeared to have some kind of superiority complex and was holding my money ransom!

He also didn’t speak very good English and was mumbling a lot. Behind a glass barrier and in the middle of a very noisy shopping centre made it almost impossible to hear him which just added to the frustration.

I would avoid this money exchange and will certainly never be going back myself!

Bim was very courteous and helpful with handling my money request. My own bank didn’t have enough euros and gave me the run around for an hour, and I was in and out of eurochange in a matter of minutes!
