Awful company DO NOT USE!
I am disgusted in the way I have been treated!

Not really sure where to start with this company. Ill keep it brief, I feel I need to warn people what they are getting themselves in for. ITS ALL BAD!
I've been in the process with these guys since September 24 (Now Jan 25). After I was pressurized to pay £1500 because they had an agreement in principle in place and waiting to proceed. I waited a further 2 weeks after that before having the next call. They apply so much pressure to get your money and then you end up waiting for them to do anything. At the point of then going to apply for the mortgage they wanted a further £400. This was not made clear to me at the beginning of the process so we had to then start to look again for a new agreement. I further warn everyone the interest rates they get are extremely high. 2% to 3% more than what's available elsewhere. This is also not made clear until after they have your money. After getting another agreement in principle in December I paid £150 extra for this. I was then told this had been rejected because I had not informed them of a change of circumstances. Emails and phone calls are not classed as good enough ways to inform them. If you enjoy making constant phone calls and chasing emails daily, And don't mind being pressured to give your money to them for them to not give you what you were promised then go ahead and use this company. I have asked for a refund this month and been told that my complaint falls outside of their refund policy. Apparently being dissatisfied with a service provided, Or in this case not provided, is no longer grounds for a refund. I unfortunately will have to endure further stress and frustration and continue to use this company so that I do not lose all the money I have been pressured to give them. Please do not waste your money with this company. Buying a house is stressful and these lot make it 100 times worse. I am now awaiting the copies of the correspondence from this company and will be reporting them to the financial ombudsman for further help with my complaint.

Contacted my mortgage finder to help us find a mortgage. They didn't disappoint, Dave, Brandon and Philippa were fantastic. And we so excited to be picking up the keys to our new home this week. Couldn't have done it without there help. Thanks guys 😄

Have been dealing with Connor, Brandon and Rachel. Has been complex process but all 3 have been amazing all the way through even when I’ve kept on at them!! We now have a mortgage offer that we didn’t think was possible. Extremely happy and grateful for the service they have provided

Andrew and Jack provided a professional and honest service. They have a unique approach in that one helps with options and the other checks his work and finds best value along with the right product for my circumstances. In my case there was a small monthly reduction in costs but as I had a 2 part mortgage I can go back in 9 months time for an even better overall deal. Clearly they had an eye to short, medium and long-term benefits. A one-off payment means that I can use there services over and over again. The company has done well to recruit and retain these 2 dynamic people. A great service from start to finish. 10/10

What a brilliant experience we had with Hayley. Due to our credit history the process took a little longer and more complicated but we were helped along the way fantastically and kept up to date at all stages. Highly recommend to friends and family going through the mortgage process.

I only enquired yesterday. They called me at my convenience to progress next steps. They’re comprehensive and ask questions that allow for them to seek the best lender. I’ve not got the best credit, however can say I have a mortgage in principle meaning I can bid for houses. Hayley has been amazing. To be fair the guy I spoke to the day before was also extremely helpful
