I'm not happy about how I was just spoken to in your store. Some of you know me to serve, some don't, I've spent over 10 grand on postal services this last year or 2. Please let me explain why I'm not happy.

It was 9am, I was next in the queue, someone in the business banking isle "pushed" in front. I'm sure he's as confused about the mixed messaging as I am, as I feel you guys are also just not aware of what your messaging says. Please refer to your poster attached. Am I the bad guy for highlighting that it's not business banking hours? I do not expect to be loudly apologised for, or have their head shaken at when this is not my mistake in front of a long line of customers. It was really embarrassing.

I've given your store glowing reviews on Google before (Nick Hughes user), I've praised the staff and I've had a really decent cordial relationship every time I've come in. Please do not make me feel like that again.

I noticed the score is not great for this post office. I just want to say that based on staff friendliness and efficiency, I give this post office 5 stars. Do you think it's easy dealing with the "Great British public" all day? The Staff are always chill, and that's a miracle. It's not their fault how many workers are on the desks and how long the line is. Much love to you guys for handling my package with care whenever I need it. 😉

Guys, you know how bad the queues are & it’s been consistent for 2 years.

This here is an issue above the individual at the counter who is trying to do their job.

Why haven’t you hired more people? Why aren’t there consistently 3 counters staffed?

It feels like a level of disregard for the busy working person who has to slot this activity into a day that’s already got its fair share of stress.

Genuinely, can’t we hire more staff? Make the place a more efficient one?

Horrible customer service woman, I joined the queue today for Travel money & the woman at desk asked me if it’s business or personal banking? I was a bit surprised & said it’s personal referring to my travelling, she then directed me to wait at the back of a very long queue for post office. I noticed other people waiting in a short queue for Travel money & I asked them , & they confirmed they were waiting for Travel money so I joined that queue. I then asked the woman behind the travel money desk why she hadn’t served made me wait so long in other queue & she said you said it was personal banking. This is complete rubbish, just ask how can I help you? , clearly I wanted to exchange money because I had produced £250.00 . A very poor service with unclear directions from the customer assistant behind the Travel money counter, making Old age pensioners wait in long queues for absolutely nothing when they could in fact have served me as I was in correct queue.

I am a regular at this post office usually met by a smile and helpful staff. But today. My goodness how unhelpful was this particular staff member. Appalling manners and no respect for regular customers. Every staff member had gone out of their way to be helpful with customers but the attitude and aggression of this woman was awful!

I was there to deposit money into my account, so I was waiting at the right queue on the left side of the store, then I see an older woman coming from the right queue and saying that she wants to withdraw euros, the staff saw her first and even though she asked that woman for an ID and she did not have one she still served her either way, which I found strange, but fine not my business either way. I did not say anything and then when it’s my turn I am being told off by your staff that next time I should wait on the right queue which is for sending and receiving post, when I just wanted to deposit money and you have a sign showing which queue is for each operation. I found her very rude as she let another person steal my turn, she did not check if she had any means of identification and then being so rude to me for waiting at the right queue. I am never going to use your service anymore as I am not a fan of being bullied by your staff.

So pleased this post office is now open on a Sunday. Really helpful staff, particularly at the UOE store where the gentleman behind the desk found a creative solution to salvage a ruined card I needed to post.
