Awful company, their workers are rude and behaviour is DISGUSTING! Put a hole in our ceiling and now they don’t want to accept liability?! Even found the damage they caused funny. Would never ever use them for anything, awful company with awful morals. Hopefully people will see this and never use their services again.

Terrible service.
Rude & unprofessional staff.
They didn't connect the waste pipe & flooded my Kitchen. Throwing rubbish in my front garden and destroying Shrubs & Plants. After complaining about the destruction of my property they refused to replace any of the above.
I would advise avoiding hiring this cowboy establishment.

Update: Damage the gate previously, which I fixed by myself.
Ask Mulalleys to not use the heavy bin to prop open the gate but to no avail.

Misleading, Unprofessional, and Unresponsive

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Mulalley (part of the Sherrygreen Group) during the renovation works at The Mosaic, London. Despite their claims of adhering to the Considerate Constructors Scheme, they blatantly misused its branding without registering the project—a fact that made their entire communication misleading.

I was promised clear, individual notifications regarding balcony work dates as stated in their pre-start information. Instead, work began without proper notice or appointment. To my shock, my possessions were removed from my balcony without my consent, causing significant distress. Even after I raised these issues, Mulalley’s responses were dismissive and did not address the full extent of the failures in their procedure.

The use of CCS logos and references was especially frustrating since it created an illusion of high standards and accountability. In reality, their failure to register with CCS means they haven’t committed to the very practices they advertise. This deceptive approach, combined with poor customer service and a complete lack of follow-through on promised communications, has left me with little confidence in their ability to deliver on even basic contractual obligations.

I cannot recommend Mulalley to anyone. Their mismanagement and misleading practices have not only caused undue inconvenience but have also eroded trust in what should have been a respectful and professional process.

If only it were possible to give zero stars.

Have waited over two years to move into the property I purchased through Southern Housing. Mullaley are the contractors and are currently in a stalemate with SH. Both sides are refusing to budge over documents related to new legislations. Or so we’ve been told. Personally I don’t believe a word they say.

Liars.

Perhaps someone from Mullaley could get in contact with me about why I and countless others are still unable to move into our properties? I hear you are very worried about your reputation…

The worst service provided ever! Unprofessional and no care for my property. I was told the works would take 2 weeks! Its been 6weeks. They have damaged my flooring and have not got back to me on how this will be rectified. Even the worker left my door wide open and left it like that when I was away at work. Huge safety concern! Stay far away! They will not even right their wrongs. The work is just terrible! Run!!

Don't go near. Unprofessional and unreliable.
Project management is poor, when non existent.
They subcontract general handyman instead of specialist professionals for specific jobs.
Their foreman and liasion officers have no respect for anyone including their workers and even their workers have joking nicknames for their management staff.

Also must be said, they lie to your face and delay the works over and over again. Managerial staff walk around pretending to be doing work.
Their workers have left damage all over and the company is delaying fixing their wrong done.

Having lived with the "finished" modernisation of my kitchen and bathroom, I'm really unhappy. They ignore decisions made by occupational therapy/asset management, they cut corners at every opportunity and they don't care about the needs of disabled people. I have a constant flow of water coming from the overflow, can't open the only draw i have in the kitchen because it's blocked by the cooker due to them failing to make space behind the cooker, refused to put my occupational therapy rails back, put both shower hoses in unusable positions, failed to level wetroom/bathroom floor, instead of sealing the wetroom drain they just put a bath on top of it - they were supposed to address the issues of flies coming up from the shower drain but they just put the bath on top of it so the flies and smell are now coming from under the bath. They're rude and confrontational when you raise any issues.
