I ordered this pan and a wok and both items arrived damaged. What was worse I returned the damaged items & reordered then went back a few days later to be presented with the same damaged goods. I assumed damaged items would be returned to the supplier but it seems Argos are happy to resell them to the next unsuspecting customer. Very poor.

Bought an micro SD card and it was broken, I took it straight back and they wouldn’t refund claiming that we had broken it, I use these cards regular for cameras that I fit so we know how to handle them, really disappointed with their whole attitude! Won’t be going again

Got a sleeve case for my new laptop, the price was cheap and it's good quality and looks good too, I ordered at 2:30pm, picked it up before 3pm, staff were polite and quick. Lots of parking and easy to get to and there's a Costa next door too 😊

I,ve placed order through online and went to return one of the items (Sheer curtain) as not satisfied with the quality. Service in the store was very poor and return was not accepted even though item was in the package but it was not exactly folded and arranged like when received. Not a good experience.

Ordered eBay click and collect item here, eBay showed it was delivered and I went in that day to see if i could pick it up, the lady on the till said they need a code and can't give me the item without it. Fair enough i said i would comeback. I never received a code, no email from ebay, no text message. Now they're telling me they don't have the package and don't know what happened. Really disappointed, think someone's stolen it.

Living near this Argos it has been really useful to have one nearby rather than having to make the journey into town. Whenever i have been in it's also been quite quiet so that's good for speed of service, but also means that they don't always have the items in stock so always check on the website before going down. If they don't have it in stock they can have it in stock by the next day though which works well for me as I am happy to wait until the next day.

I haven't been since shops and businesses have been open for customers to enter!!! However when I last shopped there. The service was good. They had staff, taking your details of your order. Then staff inside bringing orders out. How bizarre, rating a shop on its social distancing practices. They did very well.

Great to have in the area and always in stock for a relatively small Argos store. The negative reviews are clearly over exaggerated and one side to a story. It’s always easy to post negatively than to go out of your way to post positive ones.

People with silver spoons in their mouths should take a step back and appreciate what retail staff have gone through in the last 18 months.

Go up
