The employers closed the door at 6pm. They didnt have the decency to even to tell us that they are closed. The left us outside not understanding what’s happening, ignoring us. Then at 18:40 they just shut down the lights. Super disrespectful humans.

Regarding their reply:
Thats a lie, there were 2 people working inside. And the main issue is, people were standing outside and the cashiers just had the door locked while ignoring us even though we only tried to ask if they are closed early or not. This incident still pisses me off, if you have a chance to avoid this place then just do it.

Very unfriendly staff, Poor Customer assistance and rude unprofessional Telephone service assistance..The exchange rate is fair but the overall Customer service is below par! The Staffs simply ignore a Customer while they use their private phones and making social conversations during working hours and you have to stand waiting!! This Company really have to be checked by the respective Government office responsible for business owners in Bayern for discriminatory work ethics and policy.

Awful behaviour to clients. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and not only didnt they open the door, they gave no explanation as to why they were closing earlier than advertised.

Edit: after I mentioned specifically that I arrived 10 minutes before closing, which is more than enough time to finish a transfer twice, I now get the reply that I shouldn't arrive at the last minute...
Just showing how little they care for they're customers asides from the cash.

And if you were open until 7 pm as you mentioned u would have been able to enter the shop and this post wouldn't be necessary. If you don't want to work until 7 pm change the times!

The cashiers are very rude and they keep on rejecting your calls. They will be chatting with their phones while attending to customers. The bank refused to credit the accounts which I transferred money into, I will never go back there. I sent money on Saturday 30/1/2021, up till 2/2/2021, no money in the accounts and they keep on giving me excuses. Very bad experience, the chef needs to monitor the workers, they play with customers feelings. ?

I exchange 1000 euros cash in Freetown after I have send 1000 euros to freetown shortly before I travelled and the difference is closed 200 euros.
I prefer buying my ticket take my cash euros myself to freetown. Over Profit,Over Profit ,Over Profit..
