Today I came to this establishment to make some payments to another country. My third transfer was canceled without reason. I received a message after leaving the establishment. I immediately went back and asked to redo the transfer to the other country. He simply gave me the money back and said that Western Union had canceled it without reason. He gave me the money back and I went to send it to another establishment because since I arrived I have felt the bad attitude of the service. I left when I arrived at the other establishment and the girl told me that she had £600, the amount was £700. I ask you: how could I have lost exactly £100? Since I had much more in my jacket. I went back to this establishment, I waited for more than 4 people in front of me, I explained to him, he told me that I needed to wait until 6pm for him to do the balance, the whole conversation was completely useless, I asked to check the cameras, I called a friend to come and help me with English, he let us watch the cameras, when we went to check the cameras the owner of the establishment made a fuss over me, putting in other times that were not requested. I received confirmation that the shipment was canceled at 1:08pm, the cameras show that I went to get the money between 12:46pm and 1pm. Will I be the first traveler of the future? My big mistake was not checking the money at the time because it was an establishment that had cameras, but luckily he went in front of the machine that counts money. I have no way of proving that he robbed me because he already knows the key points, I now have to schedule a psychologist because the weight of guilt is falling on me, not checking was my big mistake. So here is my experience with this establishment!
