Bought our kitchen from John and Kane at Mkm Newent,
They offered a first class service from planning the kitchen and advising the best appliances and units to use.
everything fitted perfectly with no waste materials.
Price was better than some of the large diy shops and the quality is first class.
Would recommend anyone to use MKM for their diy projects

Have been working with Kane and John since November on a kitchen and utility room revamp. Also flooring for all the downstairs area.
John came up with some great ideas for our utility. A change of room for the kitchen didn’t phase Kane who was brilliant throughout with designs and getting all the units together and replacing items where necessary, which wasn’t much!
All the staff relayed messages so I got timely replies from busy people.
Again price was better than any other quote I had. Symphony deliveries were also first class.
Now recommending MKM to the builders who hadn’t used them before. Thanks very much.

Cannot believe the difference in service between Newent and Gloucester/ head office. Open when they said they would be, very helpful advisor Doug, delivery quick and a very decent price. Shame about the other stores in the franchise- maybe Newent should rebrand as a standalone merchant! Thanks again guys

Purchased kitchen and more. Unusual fit location, mobile home. Jon on kitchens very knowledgeable and able to solve problems as they inevitably arose in an unusual situation. Also should mention Emma on electrics helped so so much. Thanks

Arranged an appointment for a member of staff to come and measure up our bathroom on Tuesday. Received a call requesting change to following day. About half an hour before that appointment, MKM called to postpone again. Arranged a third appointment for the next day however no-one turned up. Contacted MKM after half an hour of waiting to see what was happening and discovered the person concerned was still in the building. Needless to say we cancelled completely and will take our business elsewhere. Very disappointing customer service.

I’ve been going to Builders merchants for 50 years (old boy) and have never experienced such professionalism from counter staff, warehouse staff to the delivery driver- brilliant!!
