The delivery person offered me 2L of milk as a free trial, with the option to sign up if I was happy with it. However, they continued delivering even though I didn’t sign up, and when I asked them to stop, they insisted I pay for the trial. I explained the situation over the phone, but the lady I spoke to still insisted on payment, which I ended up making.
Overall, it was a poor experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Salesman came to my door and persistently tried to sell milk to my husband. I spoke to him, he continued to slate the company I use, told me mills are local and the company I use transport the milk from England (this is false). Wanted my details and to send a sample delivery. I refused. It took me another 5 minutes to get rid of him as he kept trying to chat and sell his product, telling me practically the whole street had changed to him. Don't like lies and hard sell.

This company is a scam. They deducted my money twice without receiving milk, I was lucky to get 1 refund out of the 2 payments from my bank. I complaint and the customer service was very rude indirectly calling me a liar. I asked them to provide an evidence to show that the milk has been delivered but they couldn’t . DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY❌❌❌❌❌

Salesman came to the door offering milk deliveries, we tried to politely decline but the very pushy salesman said he would send a free trial and contact us afterward to check if we wanted to sign up. A second delivery then came after the trial and we have now contacted to say we didn’t sign up and to ensure no more deliveries are to come, however the individual on the phone was extremely rude, saying we signed up and now need to pay. Saying we were lying about a free trial and arguing with us on the phone. This seems like a very shady company with con man sales tactics and I would avoid at all costs.

Short dated milk and missed deliveries.

I would not recommend Mills Milk to anyone - all was good to start with but then they started leaving short dated milk, the milk they deliver is usually just has enough date till the next delivery but generally falls short. The worst short dated milk was one being 2 days after delivery. I also had missed deliveries in which I had to wait another 4 days till next delivery - I complained numerous times via phone and email and asked them to sort it out which they assured me they would - but they didn't so had no alternative but to cancel. As much as I liked the convenience of the doorstep delivery I was let down by Mills milk and will just go to local supermarket now to get much cheaper and fresher milk. I have also noticed with recent 1⭐ reviews that I was not the only one getting a poor service.

This is a true reflection of my experience with Mills milk and I am just disappointed they couldn't sort it out or else I would have continued to get my deliveries.

Got talked into signing up for deliveries as they are “better” than the supermarkets. Got tricked into accepting “free” eggs but the small print has you sign up for continual egg deliveries which you do not find out about until they charge you for them the following week. Say what you want about supermarkets but Asda doesn’t make me purchase eggs I never wanted and then make out it’s my fault because I never read the terms and conditions 🤷🏻‍♂️🙄

After 5yrs of good service and deliveries we have now cancelled. Mills Milk has gone downhill. Suddenly trying to do too much and getting the basics like milk and eggs constantly wrong, noisy delivery vehicle, overcharging sometimes, broken eggs, delivering milk that was off! Our neighbour cancelled as well. Just bizarre.

Started delivering milk to my house (they had the wrong address) milk bottles not labelled so unable to identify where the mystery milk has came home. Left a note for milkman saying wrong house.
Received an invoice in the post for said milk...
Emailed them to explain the situation ie they have the wrong address. Never got a reply back. Just a bit cheeky considering I sent it to 3 different mills milk email addresses. Wideos
