I had such a great experience at Mercedes Swindon. The customer service here is second to none. The service started way before we even got to the store, with all of my questions being answered via phone and email by Uzi, Mark and Graham. Then when we got there, Uzi allowed us to take our time in viewing the car, whilst also showing the features and answering the questions. Due to the horrible weather, he was kind enough to take the vehicle inside so that we could really assess the car. Buying a car can be stressful, especially with two young kids in tow however Uzi was very patient throughout the whole process, and even accommodated the kids! It took a long time to come to a decision on the car purchase, but I never felt rushed by Uzi or Sam, and they stayed back well beyond closing hours which we were extremely grateful for. Uzi and Sam were very accommodating throughout the whole experience and I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you to Uzi, Mark, Graham and Sam for the excellent service in helping me purchase my new car!

I was very happy with the staff in Mercedes Swindon. Everyone is very warm welcoming. Especially Jack Bradley and Andrew Keavney. Both of the are very friendly and polite and helpful. This was the second purchase from the same dealer with in 6 months.

I cannot fault this dealership. I had a fault with my boot and required urgent assistance as I would have missed a conference. They managed to squeeze me in after calling and when i arrived at the dealership it was clear they genuinely cared about getting me back on the road in time. A big shout out to John who looked after me and also arranged for my car to be cleaned, also the team for the great coffees whilst I waited. The customer service here is 100%

I was lucky enough to deal with KYMANI who was just the BEST she done everything to an EXCEPTIONAL standard the whole way through my purchase and everything she said she done. Having decided to buy ‘electric’ in 2025, I set about test driving 6 cars, one after the other…. The EQA 250+AMG was head and shoulders above its competitors. But so too was the sales team at Mercedes Swindon. Kymani Whyte handled my initial enquiry and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help a complete novice through the process. At no stage did I feel pressurised… she just answered question after question and was with me through the whole test-driving process and purchase process. Nothing was too much trouble. The ‘financials’ was handled by Mark Jones who was very clear and thorough on the options available. From end-to-end, the sales process was flawless. This was my first Mercedes.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Mercedes-Benz Swindon for the past 10 years, and over that time, Alistair Hays has always been my go-to person. He has consistently provided outstanding service and made every purchase a truly pleasurable experience.

Since Alistair’s transition to his new role as the welcome host, I’ve had the pleasure of being looked after by Uzi, who has seamlessly stepped into Alistair’s shoes.

Our first conversation was back in January 2025, where I outlined the specific specifications I was looking for in a car. In no time, Uzi got back to me with several options that ticked all the boxes.

After I selected a car, Uzi made sure it was brought into Swindon for me to view and test drive. He ensured I had plenty of time to take it out and explained all the details in depth, making the experience both informative and enjoyable. His personable and friendly nature made the test drive a real pleasure.

Once I decided to proceed with the purchase, Uzi quickly took charge of getting the car prepped. When it was ready, he invited my girlfriend and I to collect it and ensured everything was in order to my satisfaction.

After a few days with the car, I noticed a couple of minor issues so I reached out to Uzi, and he responded promptly by arranging for the service team to contact me. They quickly scheduled a time for me to return the car and provided a courtesy car in the meantime.

Sapphire, my service contact, was equally professional and friendly, keeping me updated throughout the process. When the car was returned to me, it was spotless and exactly as I’d hoped.

I’m more than happy to give Mercedes Swindon, Uzi and the service team a well deserved 5-star rating for their professionalism, helpfulness, and overall friendly approach. They made purchasing my car a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Recently bought a used A35 from MB of Swindon. Dealt with Kuba throughout who provided excellent customer service. All questions answered, test drive given and the car was ready to drive away the same day to save me a return trip to the showroom.
