I would NEVER EVER advise ANYONE to use this bank for business needs. Opening an account was the most painfully frustrating experience I have ever dealt with. Firstly, after opening the account in person, I never heard back from them for over 3 weeks. Secondly, when completing account creation online, it's taken two days of attempting to log in and open my account but to no avail. OTPs do not get received via sms or email. The account is blocked, and the team have no idea on how to support this. Constantly trying to shift blame.... If you are serious about your business, YOU WILL NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE

Worse service ever. I sent BDTK100000/= by pin for next day. But 2days gone my money didn't receive. When I contact to them they said cant tell what exactly happened. Gave me a Bangladeshi no to contact them. I said I dnt know any other party . I sent money from Mercantile Exchange. The man was so rude and unprofessional and said come and meet to CEO. This is absolutely a unreliable company.

My friend sent money to Bangladesh on last 3rd February, it's a next day delivery PIN service but money hasn't been deposited by marcantile bank money transfer service Whitechapel branch!!! I called them on behalf of my friend & they don't have any clue!!! Do not take their service (if I can say it's a service), not trust worthy!!! Ignorant scambug.

The worst ever service, sent money on Monday & today is Thursday still the money has not been reached. tomorrow is weekend in BD so not possible in this week. Another time it was by PIN and should be reached next day, It took 3 days and had to speak with a guy at Head office in BD, what a night mere. Then they said it will never happen again, However I am facing the same problem again.

I have been to couple of money exchange shop around Whitechapel area and this one really do good customer service and very supportive staff. Never feels like neglected.
