A certain member of staff in the service department has the worst attitude and customer service skills I have ever come across. This has now happened on multiple occasions, including one when they were outright rude to me after misunderstanding as I was already in conversation with their colleague.

I’d advise against having any form of EV with them as you will be waiting for a very long time for any technician and will be told you “should feel lucky” when a solution is offered.

Chip on the shoulder? They have got a whole deep fat fryers worth.
