Came for something to eat and was amazed at what it looked like inside! Much better laid out and everything seems cleaner and tidier. Hand sanitisers everywhere too. Shop was busy, but the staff managed to be polite and serve with a hidden smile. (Cashier Zane did make us laugh and was very polite and helpful in advising about bedding!!)
Staff are always seen rushing around cleaning and wearing their masks properly. Table got cleaned twice, even before we got our food.
Restaurant was a little bit slow as the server had to make coffee and serve and send orders. He definitely had his work cut out for him! Kit an issue as we weren’t in a rush.
Food was fresh and well presented. Tasted very good too. Not a place I would normally come to but glad I did.

Will definitely come here again.

Went to M@S cafe for lattes and toasted sandwich, we didn't know it but we were overcharged. First we knew about it was Hollie delivered our toasties and told us, she organised the the refund and also had our cold lattes replace. What awesome service Hollie gave us. Thank you Hollie, have a Blessed Christmas.

Very disappointed with the new look cafe. A brand you feel you can always count on is no more. The cafe is clinical and sterilised. You can no longer choose what you want, example of this, breakfast rolls come pre buttered, if you don’t like butter like me, then you are going to be disappointed.

They refused to return clothes that didn't fit and threatened to call security. Also, customers were not informed of their strange refund policy before purchase, and their right to know was not fulfilled.

Besides that, when I made my purchase, the cashier asked my signature ID?! Who do you think you are!

The service was very slow, and very poor spoken communication by all the staff serving. I had to clear our table and the girl who was cleaning the plates just nodded to put the tray on the waste bin, not the service I used to enjoy, M&S was a shop with standards not anymore unfortunately
Not sure about self service handling unwrapped food, not the best hygiene as there are no longer hand sanitisers available

I had exceptional customer service from Louise on an early visit recently. I needed to order 2 items in time for a funeral and she gave me great help with a blouse I was trying to order too.

I primarily went for the foodhall and enjoyed was pleased with what was on offer, great service from the staff.

Access - good, level entrance with wide electronic doors from the pedestrianised area.

Staff - very helpful, the chap on the till was full of smiles and just the right level of kindness.

Toilets - including disabled.
