Be careful to check when sending a parcel that they have used the correct address. The counter lady took my parcel from me, input the FROM address into the system, unbeknown to me, so 2 days later my parcel was delivered to me by a totally baffled post man. When I took it back, the guy tried to charge me again, but after a while the penny dropped and he realised it was their mistake. But he didn't seem to know how to rectify it and said to leave it with him and he'll sort it out. I have no confidence my parcel will not turn up on my doorstep yet again, or just get lost. An utter shambles. No clue what they are doing.

I came here today because a card I paid signed tracking for was not delivered and the man behind the counter with the glass window got impatient with me all because I asked him to not misgender me because he put "Mrs" instead of "Mr" on the return label. Then he got mad, screwed up the label and shouted "write it yourself" even though I repeatedly told him I have autism and dyslexia. Also, the shop allowed a drunk woman to verbally abuse me as well. This place was better when Ideala and Jav was in charge, at least they treated me with respect and dignity!

I use this post office all the time, and the staff are always very pleasant & helpful with sending various packages, especially Frank. It's also possible to pay cash & cheques into your bank account, and it goes in straight away. My only slight niggle is that they keep changing their opening hours without updating them on Google. I usually give them a quick call before setting off, to make sure they are open. Also, it would be nice if they could be open for a short time on Sundays.

Not open on Sundays as I have just been there!!! Informed the attendant that Google shows they are open on Sundays and instead of checking and fixing it, they started arguing with me. Ridiculous.
