I bought a Van from you guys today. when i asked about history and if there are any problems , answer was not ! after driving home engine light on the dashboard went on . is it just me thinking to buy a van for 17000 should be able to drive without troubles ? or am i just naive ?

Someone said these guys were dodgy and I didn’t believe it at first. Wish I listened. After purchasing the van and driving home I noticed a chip in the windscreen. It would’ve been disguised by the price sign. I called them back in the day of purchase and they were very apologetic and were going to sort it for me. After months of trying to call them and sorting this issue they’ve told me too much time has passed for them to be liable.

If you want to buy a van from a trustworthy business that looks after their customers, turn away from M4 Vans.

We bought our van here recently and from our initial enquiry to the day of collection our salesman, plus all other staff we encountered couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.

Everything they said would be done was, the van seemed very well prepared and was very clean on collection.

Just over a week in and we are very happy with our vehicle and based on everything up to now we would highly recommend them and would definitely buy from them again.

I bought a van from them in November 2023 after 1 day engine problems. There was no after sale warranty. I had to borrow 9200£ for a new engine. Plus 1700£ for a new DPF filter that the salesman Mark Steven’s told me had been replaced . Please steer clear of this garage they will ruin you financially

I've now purchased two vans from M4 Van Centre and would highly recommend them!

My first van, a Ford Transit Connect L1 2017 66 reg, was purchased around two and a half years ago from M4 Van Centre and it has done quite a lot of miles since then and there's never been any issues or faults. It's never let me down! I part exchanged my first van, the Ford Transit Connect L1 2017 originally from M4 Van Centre, for a new Ford Transit Connect L1 nearly 2020 with very low mileage. It had 13,000 miles on the clock and is my second van I've purchased from M4 Van Centre and I'm still very happy with it.

I would like to say a massive “Thank You” to Lee for his very helpful service as he is always so happy to help find the right van for me within my budget.

The M4 Van Centre sales team are Lee, Mark, Nick, Darryl, Jason the finance manager and Martin the Managing Director, and they always provide a warm and friendly welcome.
