Absolutely disgusted. I bought some sudafed,co codamol and night nurse tablets 2 days ago. Upon opening the box of night nurse tablets the box was empty, no tablets or information leaflet. I went into the chemist today and spoke to the same man that served me and he basically made out I was lying since they check every box, well obviously you didn't check that box because it was empty. I am furious, no apology or nothing and I am £6.50 down. I will never use this shitty chemist ever again. Total crap customer service.

Recently attended my best friend’s funeral up here in Fife and decided to stay in the area for a much needed break. Due to the stress of the situation I forgot to check if I had enough of my meds to cover the period.
