I like to shop local but my experience yesterday has not been a positive one. I went into the one stop post office and although there was no customers at the shop till or the post office counter. I was completely ignored by the member of staff who I believe is the manager. I left after 10 minutes. On returning 15 minutes later he had put the sign up stating the post office was closed. Apparently the staff are now expected to serve both regular and post offices costumers, but the manager doesn’t like doing the post office so closes it. Very soon I can see this post office closing and in turn the shop. I am ok currently I can drive but what about the large number of people in long stratton that can’t. There’s a notice about rudeness to staff will not be tolerated what about rudeness to customers by ignoring them completely. Really bad service by this person. I have not had any problems with other members of staff.

The staff at Long Stratton post office are all lovely. The are helpful polite and always have a smile for every customer. I use this post office regularly as I own a small business close by. I would be lost with out it.

Older lady is probably the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. The young girl on the other hand was really helpful no complaints about her however the other one this is the second time she has been rude she needs another job front facing customer service is NOT HER THING

Horrendous service at this store, my advice is do not even contemplate using this shop for its post service, banking service or grocery service, should be shut down .

Worst service I’ve ever received at a post office. Rude and completely unhelpful.
Young girl behind the counter needs a personality transplant and a crash course in customer service.
