Sent an enquiry regarding a timing chain replacement. Was rang by a woman called Clare who quite obviously could not be bothered talking to me. Perhaps it was the fact I asked Jaguar for a good will claim considering the timing chain is meant to last the life span of the vehicle. Anyway, told me theres no space until August and she cant give me a courtesy car and to also not get my hopes up on a gesture. I'm not expecting anything, but if you don't ask, you don't get. Crazy considering its a nearly 3k repair. Customer service nearly as bad as the build quality on my Jaguar.

Edit- 9 months later they still haven’t corrected everything, and advised there is a 3 month wait for any future warranty work. So take that into consideration when buying from this god awful branch. I requested to return my car within 3 months and they just avoided the subject. When I told them to only communicate via email they would still phone to avoid a record.

Very poor experience after purchase of an “approved” used vehicle. Not sure what their approved standard is but it’s certainly not my standard !!
I do want to add however that Andy Harkness the salesman I dealt with and still do has been nothing short of helpful and is trying his hardest to resolve my issues, but even he jumped ship and left them.
