Used to be the best post office, open 7 days a week which was great. Lately, there’s always a problem the machine is often down, and I can’t deposit money. Disappointing change.

Was a ok parcel shop until some new 'fruity' guy is there and has problems with my parcels being bit correct when never any problems happend before.

Pretty sure I've been overcharged for postage on numerous occasions. When I've posted something with the lady with the short hair it's always cheaper than the old man with the hat. He is also very slow and can be rude. My barcode couldn't scan and he just handed it back saying nothing, expecting me to just leave. You will always be made to feel like an inconvenience to him. She is great though.

My local post office and totally useless. I'm constantly turned away with parcels I've pre booked as they have "no space" even though it's clear they could make space, they just can't be bothered. I've also been overcharged for parcel postage several times. I've now stopped bothering and always go to George's in Pill. He cant do enough to help.

Very poor quality of service, the owner of the store and his employee do not fully understand what the post office is all about. They have no basic knowledge of Signature and Tracking Shipping. The only thing they can do is accept and deliver packages and letters. I recommend as it is possible to use other plans with English or European service.

They were so sweet and couldn’t have done anymore to help. The people working at the actually post office point were so co-operative and so much so they held the postman just so we would catch the post. Couldn’t have had any better service
