Very friendly and speedy. Thank you Matthew for being a cheerful face to do business with today. You gave the information clearly without any confusion and was very nice when I mentioned I was getting cash for tips so he checked and offered to give me smaller bills, a small act to some but that was a very sweet thing to accommodate and I enjoyed our chat. Quick and efficient but!!
£1500 in euros in a sealed envelope. I asked if it had been double checked and they said they were happy for me to check it…. In an open shop, with no door or shop front, in full view of anyone passing by. Don’t think so
Should be counted out in front of customers, then placed in an envelope.
