I am an ex-financial adviser turned full‑time mother.

I placed my family’s life savings across fixed period Auto‑Invest schemes with Kuflink. I did so on the basis of receiving guaranteed interest returns after the multi-year period had ended, just like one gets with a bank savings bond.

In recent times Kuflink has suddenly enacted a series of abrupt, investor‑damaging T&C changes that have, for instance, effectively imprisoned nearly half of my funds in loans that are non-performing, in eternal default and highly toxic.

I am tremendously concerned for my other Kuflink investments because all the signs point to a deliberate wind‑down of Kuflink's business and clear attempts to deter retail investors from remaining on the platform.

When my Auto‑Invest investment matured a few days ago, Kuflink paid only about 55% of the capital and interest owed!

Endless requests for explanation and resolution have gone unanswered.

The departure of the previous Kuflink management, including around 25 other staff, and replacement with a new team has resulted in a new set-up at Kuflink. The new workers at Kuflink are highly disdainful of investors and uninterested in protecting lenders’ interests.

In the last few weeks, different industry experts in British peer‑to‑peer investing have openly expressed astonishment at Kuflink’s sudden change of T&Cs and how they are treating their investors.

I join the many online reviewers here and elsewhere who are appalled by the cumulative effect of recent policy changes on ordinary lenders.

As Kuflink are determined to take advantage of their retail lender base and throw their rights out of the window, and they do not bother to reply to e-mails and the like, I will be commencing legal proceedings to recover what is owed to my family and I.

Prospective investors should avoid Kuflink like the plague, as they will be severely let down.

Feeling good after the recent changes šŸ‘

I don’t usually write reviews, but I think these guys deserve a bit of positive feedback lately. I’ve been with them for a while now, and after the recent terms and conditions update, I wasn’t totally sure what it all meant. I didn’t have time to read it properly, so I just called the Investor team they were really helpful and explained everything in plain English. Once they talked me through it, it all made sense. I think if anyone has a problem, just pick up the phone to them.

Yeah, a few loans are in default, but I’ve been checking the updates and it looks like they’re putting in more effort than ever to get those sorted. Communication feels a lot better these days too.

Personally, I still prefer being in the pool rather than select invest. Even if a few loans go bad, the risk’s spread out, which suits me fine. At the end of the day, it’s P2P, there’s always some risk, but I’d rather take that than let my money sit in the bank earning nothing.

Overall, I’m feeling pretty positive and happy to stay invested.

As a long term Kuflink Auto-Invest user, I'm appalled by the retroactive T-&-C's changes they have imposed out of the blue, which are effective since September 25, 2025.

What was sold for nearly a decade to investors as a low-maintenance way to earn around 7-9% a year on a method of investing in a diversified pool of secured loans has suddenly become a very high-risk trap with large losses.

Astoundingly and contrary to their previous stance, Kuflink have decided to pass all their defaults directly to investors, even on long-standing fixed-term accounts with set interest rates that have yet to mature. Because many of these defaults will not pay, investors face sizeable losses of their principle and also interest write-offs.

With KufLink's bad debts at a colossal £73-87M (43% of £170M loanbook), maturing investment are only repaid ~55% of capital and interest, leaving the rest in limbo for potential 24-36 months or longer recoveries.

The CEO and management departure, staff cuts and sudden, retroactive changes scream poor management and a frantic struggle for KufLink to stay afloat. Avoid this platform because they simply don't care about their investors and have continually done the dirty on them.

I’ve been waiting for more than three weeks to withdraw my capital. The customer service team keeps assuring me that it will only take one to two working days – but nothing has happened. Despite several follow-ups and repeated confirmations, my money is still not available. Very disappointing experience. I can no longer recommend Kuflink.

Kuflink have retrospectively changed their T & C's meaning investors only get about half of their principle and interest back!

This is, of course, totally unacceptable.

The FCA enforced a cessation on this firm's lending due to major failings.

Communications are non-existent or poor.

Staff do not reply to queries anymore.

Kuflink is now a sad, waning imititation of what it used to be. On its last legs.

There's been a lot of similar peer-2-peer businesses suddenly fold, with lenders losing their funds, and it's obvious Kuflink is next.

Complete nightmare site. The delays and frustrations of trying to sell your OWN investments on the secondary market has just about put me off all P2P lending. Add then the delays of trying to withdraw your OWN money only adds to the frustration. What a great company Kuflink used to be now confidence is all gone.;

As a borrower, they offer flexibility and speed, which is great for auction purchases. However, proceed with caution unless you have a 100% secure exit strategy. They have the will to put you over a barrel, potentially doubling the rate and leaving you with limited options. If you’re not fully prepared to exit, it’s best to steer clear of them. Fees, Fees and more fees which you'll need to complete another mortgage application for.

I have invested in Kuflink since 2018, and I can say that I am impressed with the platform and the guys in investor team, especially, Lisa and Gurbinder. The platform is easy to navigate, and they always bring new features out all the time. They even listen to ideas, and I am impressed by how quick they bring them to the forefront. I love the new interest email every month, where I had suggested a few changes, which they implemented a new change to my suggestion. I feel great. Thank you.
I have now understood about ISA from you, and have started a new plan to invest in the Kuflink 5 Year IFISA.
