Changed 75 pounds into euros with a rate of 1.15 euros to the pound. They gave me 83€ instead of the 86.25€ i should have had. They short changed me or they can not count properly. Thank you for a poor service. Never again.

Dropped in to have a look but wasn't impressed by rates offered. Maybe it's not the fault of the bureau and more to do with the superior rates that can be obtained by using specialist cards. I can't say.

Ordered €360 online . They called me to let me know they had my euros waiting for me. So I came to pick them up and they didn’t even look at my reference and casually said they didhave any. Absolutely shocking service. Watch out!!!!

Liars. Told me the Google results for what CZK was worth at that moment were wrong - hilarious. Tried to give me 180 for 228 worth of currency. I went round the corner and the next quote was 25 pounds higher. Avoid these lazy cheats. zero stars.
