Excellent fast service and friendly staff.
Location in John Lewis store is very convenient.
I went on a Thursday afternoon and I was helped straight away.
The lady who served me was friendly and professional. I would come back again next time I need Euros.

Having experienced the customer service from this branch twice on 2 very separate occasions I would never come here again or recommend it to anyone else.
The ladies that work in this department are incredibly rude, incompetent, disrespectful and totally abrupt with customers. I was truly shocked the last time I was there I asked for €1000 euros to be split into 4 packets where I was told I can’t possibly do this we are far too busy… I was the only one there… the way that they speak to people is horrifying and I will never return. On both separate occasions I have witnessed pure rudeness and this department completely lets down Cambridge John Lewis and ruins the brand name.

Surprisingly rude. Weird experience. The cashier acted like she was in a postion of authority. I'd say I won't be coming back but it seems like that's what they want.
