I have just migrated from Avatrade and wanted to transfer my funds out. I have been waiting 10 hours in their chat that quote that the waiting time is 40 minutes.
You can't really talk to anyone, your funds are nowhere to be seen. This a classic technique for people to give up.
One star was still too good.
My issue was sorted but their platform is a bit glitchy and I don't trade daily and still can't do it on my phone but at least I have accessed my funds.

Sooo disapointed in avatrade , For a longwhile i have been using avatrade,they then migrted me over INTERTRADE a new platform, move my account over i dont remember accepting anything.

now im trying to withdraw ALL of my funds this INTERTRADE is giving me problems , even though its suppsoed to be based in LONDON , loads of error messages ect, chat live doesnt work, turning out to be a big scam,

I am so disspointed in AVAtrade , i just want my funds and withdraw all.

- Little update after a week later - of 20 calls constant back and forth , syaing they going to do this and that , eventually i had to be rude and forceful and they (Manually) - sent me back my money from my account.
All is good now.

I feel compelled to share my deeply concerning experience with Intertrader, which I believe reveals a serious breach of trust and questionable business practices. My problem began with a mishandled account transfer from AvaTrade, resulting in financial losses. These losses were the result of a failure to transfer my open positions from Avatrade, which resulted in being out of the market.
To compensate, Intertrader initially agreed to credit my account with approximately £27,000. However, this is where the situation deteriorated significantly. Bryan Kelly, UK Group Chief Operating Officer, intervened and has since subjected me to undue pressure to reverse this agreed-upon compensation.
This pressure is unacceptable. I negotiated in good faith, believing Intertrader would honour its commitment. To add to this pressure, Intertrader has now placed a block on my account, effectively holding my funds hostage. This action demonstrates a blatant disregard for their own agreement and a willingness to penalise clients for their own errors. Intertrader’s actions amount to what I can only describe as financial bullying.
Intertrader's actions raise serious questions about their integrity and trustworthiness. Potential customers should be aware that this company is willing to renege on agreements and restrict access to client funds when it suits them. I strongly advise extreme caution when dealing with Intertrader.

2 starts the best I can give. been transferred automatically from avatrade. support non existent, only able to trade crude oil and few currency pairs, but the worst part is that profit loss is stuck on your open trades, doesn't update every second, so you have to always press login to see your current profit/ loss on open trades. what a terrible platform

I have migrated from Ava and have really enjoyed the app so far. The new platform is perfect and the withdrawal was processed in a day.

I tried to contact InterTrader, sent a message through their website, attempted to download the app but no luck, and called their office numbers but no pick up, and I haven't received any response to my message as well. Does anyone know how to reach this company?

AVOID
Took my money by closing my account then send you around in circles trying to get rid of you. Takes days/weeks to answer emails and only when you chase them!
Awful experience and surely not right!
