Terrifyingly horrible service - extremely rude ladies, especially the one called herself "Anna" (not sure if its her real name or no, cos name tags are not available). They refused to issue me a transfer that came on my name with driving license, when I asked to show a document specifying what type of documents they accept, she refused saying "Girl, I am not obliged to show you any documents". I asked to call a manager, she refused saying she's a manager. Terrible customer service, I am very surprised how they even manage a business. Never go there.

Use this point for sending parcels to my home country once or twice a year. The parcels always arrive on time, without any damage and the postage fee is really good, however the previous experiences of customer service were really bad, once the service lady was refusing to weigh my parcel saying she was pregnant and couldn't lift it. When I suggested I could have done so, she said I wasn't allowed inside. Don't get me wrong, i had it weighed before at home, but they have regulation when they have to check the weight themselves. Luckily, after a while, she came to common sense and allowed me to put the parcel on the scale. 😀 The most recent experience, however, was really good. The service lady was polite, smiling, and even saying thank you. Was a surprise, and I was really releaved I didn't have to face ridiculous attitude. 🙃

Lowest level of customer service I have ever seen. Not competent at her job lady with rude attitude who could not even check what I requested. Always were using their service as they are partners with the money transfer company i needed when other polite lady was working.

i sent just now money on 9 June at 9.30.
i went inside saying that i want to transfer 1 009 pounds. after she wrote the name wrong from the paper a gave her she was arguing with me saying that is what she heard me saying. since when western union writes names after hearing?
after this mistake has been corrected i noticed that the amount send was 997 instead of 1009 as I asked for.
again, she charged the transaction fee from the money the receiver was supposed to get. 2 mistakes on a single transaction, mistakes that I have noticed and I didn't get any apology for that but rude talk back.
agent 158 the Grove will surely be the last time for me.
