Costumer service 0, whatever concern you have, their attitude is always very negative, I had few parcels sent(10.12.2024) from Georgia, was supposed to be here before Christmas, but it’s 1/1/2025 they didn’t even gave me rough estimate when will cargo arrive! Even though they charge you arm and a leg they will never offer you any discount as a good will gesture!
Personally I will never ever use Intelexpress London any more, and also want to tell everyone that Kiwi post is way more better company and offers top notch services, and if you have any issue regarding shipment they deal with respectful fashion!

Someone has tried to scam me on ebay asking to send a product to this address. They didn't even make the purchase, they watched the item until it was sold then emailed me to say they provided the wrong address and to send it to Intel express. Avoid doing business with these as they're scammers. Will be reporting to the police.

hello it is all fine and happy with a shop but ! there is always one person witch makes to look bad and hard sometimes a ques and phone rings never can been answered encase you really need to speak with someone to have rite information before you arrive ! please improve ! answer the hell phone and add staff member on busy days or times thanks you plus add goods transfer number here or information will be great cheers mr walter ! take care of your business way you take care of costumers
