So pleased we popped in to see Shaun after not getting a good service from my current agents. Straight away I felt confident to use Shaun to book a cruise. Mum lost her passport on holiday in America recently, she realised a couple of days before she was due to fly home. Penny had booked mum’s trip and was a fantastic help, helping mum choose her seat and check in. Mum contacted Penny from America as a cry for help and yet again she was brilliant. Mum had to apply for an emergency travel document and Penny changed her flight home (at a cost of only £50.00) Mum is 77 and 1st to admit she is not computer savvy, therefore without Penny’s help mum may still be in the USA! This is the difference between dealing with a local company that care and know their stuff, rather than an on line company, where you are just a name and a bank account!
