I placed my first order on 10/30/24 and it was on my doorstep on 11/2/24 with shipping from England to Arkansas (USA). I order stuff through Amazon that ships domestic and it doesn't get here this fast.

I love watching this team on TikTOk and am glad I can finally support this way as well. Thisnis going to make great birthday and Christmas gifts. 🩵

One of Better parts of this company is a are the most bulk friendly ordering and they’re extremely fast shipping
However, I find them to be exceptionally rude. I within a seven month period. Spent the better part of $800 between shipping and actual product on orders. I was specifically ordering Swedish candy from them and when I noticed they hadn’t had any in stock for some time I tried asking if they thought that they would have more in the future as they were my favorite business to order and I’d much rather give my money to them and then to another business, However, numerous times they refused to respond I participated in a number of their live where I asked numerous times over and over for 30-40 minuets 10-15 times and they just proceeded to ignore my question.
I also very early on had an issue where my order hadn’t been delivered and reached out when I hadn’t heard back because I was watching thier live as I did enjoy watching them was asking if anyone has seen my email yet… a simple question I wasn’t rude I wasn’t mean and on a live the woman humiliated me “What do you think we work 24/7…” no, no I don’t sorry for asking a question (meanwhile my 95 dollar order was missing 5 days at that time)
They’re just rude. There’s no other way around it. I will not purchase from them ever again, just based off of their conduct…. Even making jokes in the live “hehehe I know I know I’m trying to be nice” it’s a disgusting way to run a business…

Ordered a pic n mix from the website, saw it packed live and the hygiene was terrible. Lady wouldn’t change her gloves, was taking her glasses on/off her face, touching her hair. Really was unpleasant experience for me. I emailed the company immediately and received no reply. I used my own money to return item and still had no email from the company. It seems if you order off the website, then you have little protection as a consumer - I advise people to order via TikTok as then the company has to deal with customer enquires!

My sweets were packed on Friday and received them Saturday morning. This was my first order but certainly won't be my last. These ladies truly put there hearts into this business and it shows.

Update: it’s now been 2 months exactly and I still have not received my order. I emailed o request an update or a refund and nobody responded to my email. They clearly don’t care about customer service

I ordered from them in September and it’s now November 3rd and still haven’t received my order. I reached out by email and they said it’s because I selected the slowest delivery. I’m from England and order items from there all the time, and I’ve never experienced this slow of a delivery time. I will definitely think twice about ordering from this company again.

This has been my best shipped package I have ever ordered and received. Also really enjoy watching their whole process on their social medias. It got here in record time and the box was in such great shape! Will for sure be ordering again soon once I eat all of this first. New fan of the perky nana from Australia !!
