We were greeted by friendly staff and within minutes the manager had got Bianca to help us. Bianca was outstanding, very helpful, knowledgeable and was able to sort out our issue very quickly, because of her help and explanation we opened another account.
Thank you to all the staff, can't recommend this office enough as they all go above and beyond customer care. We wish all branches were as efficient.

Good afternoon. I would like to thanks Emma who met us at the HSBC Kidderminster branch and organised a meeting with a specialist Shean and at the end of our meeting with Shean, she checked if everything was okay.
I also would like to thank Shean for his very professional service . He explained and helped us to open an account with HSBC and set up online banking and took us through the whole process step by step without any problems. It was easy to understand all information Shean provided. He was very thorough through the whole meeting. Thank you very much.

Visited Kidderminster HSBC today. Aleeza helped us. We have a Neurodiverse individual living with us who cannot cope with online banking. Aleeza was so helpful. She was so patient and understanding and sorted our banking problems so empathetically. Please don’t take this face to face service away from us, thank you Aleeza.

I was scammed last June. I phoned the bank straight away and in formed them. I had next to no communication from them after the initial complaint.
I had to keep phoning them to find out what was going on with it and why it was taking so long.
While the fraud enquiry was going on i was charged interest. And it was putting me in more dept. They were taking payments out of my bank account for the dept. I phoned numerous times, only to to passed onto about five departments, lasting an hr each time I phoned.
They decided after a year of phoning up, visiting my local bank and emailing, them, they would not refund my claim.

I have been a customer with the HSBC for 40 years and shall now be closing my account. I feel so let down by them.

So grateful for Kidderminster branch ( 7 miles from my home) extremely helpful, and patient with me . I have on line banking but at time find it difficult . Yesterday spent almost 2 hours trying to find my Iban number.
Tried your support on line chat…. What an absolute insult. AI … really got Annoyed , with the stupidity of answers.
