I had an emergency need as my bank account had been attempted to be hacked. A phone caller phoned and showed that money had been taken out of the account illegally. He put the money back into the account to "prove" it was the bank helping me. Then he proceeded to ask me to transfer money into a new account he had just created urgently which I could go and verify later. At this point I asked him for his phone number and he hung up. Fearful my account was vulnerable I immediately went to MY BRANCH. Here they saw me immediately and did everything necessary to secure my account. I'm so thankful for face-to-face service like this. They understood my needs straight away and took it very seriously. Thank you!

I am really upset that the bank is only open 4 hours a day for 5 days a week in the real world every other business some operating 7 days a week have to get over the problems caused by the colvid 19 virus and carry on some how and I am one of those businesses. The support from the bank is part-time working no face to face on help of any kind. And I notice all of the big banks have all done the same thing. shame on you all. Over 50 years with this bank . the next bank that works for the people I will be moving to. Merry Xmas

this is the only bank you are unable to contact a human being for help with putting the security they are asking for into place after 50 years and a nuffield farming scholarship from them i am disgusted and desperate to make contact . Please advice without excuses
