A great addition to Hornsea with the loss of high street banks. The service is friendly and helpful and as well as cash access there are visiting representatives and customer liaison assistance every day if you need help with services. Definitely a massive help today. My hubby has lost his phone on way back from hospital. The lady was great even though she wasn’t our bank. Sorted us out so our money was safe. Great staff dog biscuits available 👍

As there are no Banks remaining in Hornsea, it is great at least to have a place to drawer money out/pay money into our own accounts at this hub. An added bonus of different Banks being represented each day the Hub is open.

I just wanted to say how delighted I am to have the banking hub in Hornsea, it is a great asset to the town. The staff are brilliant - so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
I always use the hub now when I want to withdraw cash, it is so much better than using a cash machine - safer, much more friendly and I can choose how I want my cash. Many thanks to Nicky and Becky.

This banking hub is needed by the community of Hornsea. It is a stop for people who are finding it difficult to access banking information because either they have no Internet and if they do have Internet banking find it difficult to understand. Kerry who is the banking hub representative has a very good knowledge of banking. She is very approachable and helpful. She has helped me with her knowledge to help a friend who thought they could be victim of a banking scam.

What an asset the Hornsea banking hub is for our town. As soon as I walked in there was a nice atmosphere and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
I had a chat with the representative from NatWest who was so professional and very kind. She answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know clearly and ensured that I understood all the points raised. Will definitely go back when I need help with my banking issues.
