More than expected. Great modern apartment, simply fantastic for young people and it's huge compared to a hotel room the cost is only slightly more! There is a fully equipped open kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and a 40in Smart TV plus a fast Wi-Fi. A large bedroom as well as a dining room with a fridge/freezer and a bath with a bathtub and shower. That's not all there is a storage room with a hoover, cleaning stuff and even a washing machine. Keyless entry we received the entry codes on the check in day the place was clean and ready. If you look closer there are some small imperfections (i.e: walls, wobbly chair etc) however nothing major and obviously it's not a brand new apartment. The only thing is the area is not the best for older people it's very close to a town, local takeaways and shops, expect some youngsters hanging around. However the apartment itself is great we will be looking for other Homely properties when travelling around the UK.

NO PARKING. We used the local Sainsbury's at around £4 a day about 4-5mins walk from the property.

Had family over and we stayed in these apartments. The service team was excellent answering all my questions. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Close to the beach and the city centre. Absolutely lovely visit. I do wish the shower was slightly bigger and there were coat hangers. Otherwise 5+ stars

We were initially very happy with the flat – it was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable for the first few days. However, our experience quickly declined due to a major issue with the heating and hot water, which remained unresolved for the majority of our stay (6 out of 11 days).

Despite multiple visits from technicians, the boiler was not fixed. I was informed that the issue couldn’t be resolved because the boiler was under warranty and the technicians weren’t authorized to repair it. We were left without consistent access to basic necessities like hot water and heating.

Access to an alternative shower was only offered after I insisted, and the initial suggestion was to move us to another apartment—something that would have been extremely inconvenient given we were at the end of our stay.

What was even more disappointing is that, after contacting the property about this issue and being offered a minimal refund, I responded reasonably and requested a reconsideration. I never heard back again, despite following up several times.

It’s a shame because the property itself had great potential, but the lack of responsiveness and accountability left us feeling let down. I would advise future guests to confirm how maintenance issues are handled before booking.

When we arrived outside the flat we found the outside door tawdry and the street dirty. We wondered what we had booked. The code worked well and we entered the flat. At first it seemed dark and uninviting but we soon settled in. It had all we needed. We liked the comfy lounge with the big smart TV. The kitchen was well equipped. The dining area was spacious. There was internet and a washing machine. We slept well as the bedroom was dark and quiet. It was clean with lovely linen and towels.The flat was warm and spacious. The location was great as the beach was a few minutes walk away and we enjoyed long long walks. Sainsbury's was 6 minutes away on foot. The train station is also not far( 15 minutes on foot).
The street itself is not pleasant but the town of Great Yarmouth is generally run down so it was in keeping.
Overall we felt we got great value for money and felt " at home".
If we had criticism it would be small....one toilet roll is not enough for 3 people staying for a week and comes across as mean. And it would be better to have separate bins so guests can separate and recycle rubbish.
