Purchased my daughter’s first car from the garage and we are so pleased with it. The staff members are knowledgeable, polite and not pushy. We had one very small issue with a tyre once we got the car home and it was resolved immediately. I’d highly recommend this place and would definitely go back

After having two previous cars sold to me in unfit conditions I told the guys at Hinckley I was very skeptical about purchasing a car Kallum was amazing, no pressure what so ever he was really helpful the entire process, I’ve now had my car for over a month and it’s been amazing even comes with a 12 month warranty and any questions I may have about the car Kallum is always quick to answer a text and will happily provide some information and help, really great place to buy a small car from couldn’t recommend enough !

Just bought a fantastic little Peugeot 107 automatic from these guys.

I bought my car from Hinckley Part Exchange a year ago now, and have absolutely no complaints! My car came with a full MOT and service just carried out, as well as a 12 month warranty than meant I felt confident in the car I was buying.

Fast forward to now, where I’ve just had it MOT’d to pass first time with no advisories, and also no issue arising within the year. These guys will only sell cars that are reliable, and have been thoroughly checked and are confident in selling. I cant recommend them enough and will 100% come back if I want a newer version of my current model.

PLEASE DONT BUY

I purchased an Aygo from Hinckley Part Exchange Centre. I won't ever buy another car from them. Within less than a month there was a problem with the hand break. The car was rolling back when the hand break was on and the car was on only a slight incline. I therefore bought the car back to Hinckley Part Exchange and they said the hand break was fixed. Well it wasn't and has caused me nothing but issues since. I WAS TOTALLY RIPPED OFF. I bought the car to another mechanic and they said that they had never seen so many issues with an Aygo before. PLEASE BE WARNED.
