We have just returned from an amazing tour of Italy (Rome, Florence and Pisa) for my 60th birthday. Paul Bryan was absolutely brilliant helping us book flights, hotels, train tickets and excursions. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a problem in Florence with train vouchers and Apps but I telephoned Hays and Mel promptly called me back with a solution. Thank you so much. We will definitely recommend and reuse Hays Winchester again.
