Just booked a holiday with my friends, and Fae helped us to do that. It was a large group of us and made it much harder than usual to book, as we were booking fairly late so finding suitable hotels for the 7 of us was difficult. Fae did everything for us, finding us the options best suited to our specific needs, which also had great value for money. She showed us a variety of different hotels and provided us with multiple quotes which were really helpful in making our decision.

My daughter and I booked our holiday with Hays travel. Sara served us at the Wallsend branch she was smashing during booking she told us that she had been to the same place we’re going. Plus we had a laugh when she was attending to us. Sara has a great personality and a brill sense of humour she made us feel at ease too. We are still on cloud nine and 👀 forward to our holiday. The staff are excellent at Hays , Wallsend. Had an issue with a holiday booking, the issue was with National holidays who were totally unhelpful. Staff at Hays sorted this out without any problem, couldn’t speak highly enough of them all.

We always hear we have been there its great for family's and kids. We have had some crap from these. Be aware of sales tactics
