THE BEST TEAM! Hays Travel Torquay

Ruth and her team helped me plan a quality lads holiday with our own Villa for the week, The holiday itself was unbelievable, we all had a great time. But the customer service was out of this world, no matter who I spoke to Ruth and her team were extremely helpful and welcoming. Such a pleasant and lovely team to deal with despite me annoying them and chopping and changing things every five minutes!

Emma the manager is amazing! Had our honeymoon cancelled due to covid.. helped us book another one 10x better.. had another holiday cancelled due to covid and helped me book another one without any stress at all! 100% recommend speaking to Emma if you want to book any holidays!

Went in to see what was available at short notice due to our intended holiday being cancelled, was warmly received by Emma who listened to what we were wanting and found us a great deal which we promptly booked, mainly because at no point did we feel pressured. Thank you Emma. We made a second visit later the same day to book airport parking, unfortunately we didn't get the name of the second member of staff who was equally welcoming and helpful.
