I called into Hays Travel to enquire about a trip to Japan next year. Chloe went to a lot of effort in explaining my options and was very thorough. She drew upon her own experiences travelling there and this made for an engaging conversation. I didn't feel rushed or like I was being an inconvenience. I was nervous about pressure selling but there was none of that and the process was welcoming and supportive. I came away with a good understanding of how Hays and Chloe could sort out a lot of the administration side of the trip and got some good recommendations. It's currently a little out of budget (despite Hays being very competitively priced) but we are still optimistic about going sometime next year. I would recommend Hays Travel for someone who would like a little more support in booking their holiday. Thanks Chloe.

Thank you to Donna and all the team had a great four days at the botel hotel in Amsterdam it was a just over 1 year since my mate lost the most precious gift any man could have 21 years in the making these few days put a smile on his face .
