In January booked cruise through this shop, and was given good advice, this is the first time I’ve ever used a travel agent for a holiday, and I think the it be the last. There is no follow up to the to make sure everything is ok and no contact after, so really don’t see the point of using travel agents you don’t get a better deal. An superb experience, just getting some euros. What a delightful, helpful and considerate man. A pleasure using this service. With so many real life shops being closed,what a change to see face to face customer service so good. HSBC and Sainsbury's should take note. A real pity so many local services are falling apart. First time using travel agent, James went above and beyond helpful, even checked up on me after the holiday. I would definitely use them again.

We have always used hays. This time we have used the st Anne's branch. Whilst we appreciate that with the virus things are very difficult, we have found them to be hard work to communicate with. They fail to understand that we have to alter other arrangements as well as dates etc. We really wish we had not bothered booking a holiday! Save your money and wait!

Helpful, personable staff. Eager to help/meet needs etc. Foreign currency I wanted was unexpectedly available on the day. Staff willing to look at flights and accommodation options for 2023!
