Lisa and the crew at Hay Travel Scunthorpe are just brilliant. Friendly and welcoming, they take the time to listen, and assist in making your holiday plans a reality. Train to London for 4 nights, fly Heathrow to Dublin for 3 nights then fly back to Leeds Bradford, all at late notice? No problem. Just cannot fault this wonderful team. We will be back!

Will never use this agency again

Asked for a combination of a busy life by the coast and a nice and busy town. Got probably 10 ish bars on a beach and it's absolutely dead. Not much going on in town too.

Asked for a view to the sea. Got a view to the street.

Asked for a hotel more concentrated for an adults, more or less same age as our self's. Got to a pensioners club (no offence to a seniors).

Most of the staff here barely speaks english. The service is terrible. Pictures of a hotel was taken probably 30 years ago. 4 stars? Really? I'll give a 3 stars with a fat minus.

Seaside sandy beach hotel in Maspalomas it's just a waste of time.

And for the money we've paid it's just a robbery in the middle of day. Go to a last minute or a similar pages and it will be a half of the price.
