My wife & I went there yesterday Sat 23/923 to book a holiday to Melbourne Australia so we can visit our son who we haven't seen for 12 years.
After we said what we wanted all went very well we are pleased with the travel arrangements & the total price.

Brilliant company to deal with. Trying to sort a short break to Iceland as a surprise 18th birthday present for my grandson, over the course of 3 days had a number of phone calls/help/suggestions and finally booked today. We have booked with hays redcar lots of times, all the agents go above and beyond to make sure you get the holiday you want. You are never rushed they talk you though everything, and they all no what they are talking about. We wouldn't book anywhere else. Would highly recommend going to Hays travel Redcar.

Once they have your money they really don't care. I was told they contacted me to tell me my tickets were available. However my phone has no missed call and i have no messages. Also that was over a week ago and nobody has been in touch and when i was in the office they didn't tell me :-/
Tried to change my hotel room and they could not be bothered to argue my case with Tui. There solution would be to cancel my £3,160 holiday and lose all the money and book again.
I was also told they had informed me of a airport tax which three people sat there and never heard.
To be honest it will be a cold day in hell before i book with them again.
