Booked what we thought was a bargain for 10 of us & initially had great customer service. This all went downhill when they said we would have to pay more so I requested a refund. Shocking customer service, emails & phonecalls not received. Will never use again. Found much better, cheaper deal....if ever get money back that is!! Linda is extremely unprofessional & condescending.

After attempting to book 3 holidays and all cancelled due to dredded coronavirus I've decided to get a refund but to my surprise and frustration im been told it could take upto 8 WEEKS to get my money back. I'm presently at week 2 and waiting ....come on hays sort it out your quick enough to take my money 😪😪😪😤😤😤
