Came back Friday from sunny beach bulgaria 2 weeks nice enough place if anything was open!!Feel I should of been informed by mollie(no longer works here I know)that everything shuts down end of Sept when I went with my kids 15 and 16.Hotel was OK food was awful waste of money tbh feel I was totally misinformed about the resort etc.1st night I arrived all the bars where closing down only 2 stayed open for the 2 weeks I was there plus a john smiths pub at side of hotel.Be great if you went about June and there's actually stuff you can do waterparks etc all shut did the quads that was good.All in all very limited as too what you can do due too everything closing down end of Sept.Not happy with the holiday or the service at least thought they d have some knowledge on the place as on you tube it looked ok.Think it's safe too say ill be going back too tui for my next holiday.Staff in shop are nice just really disappointed in this holiday!!🤬
