I cannot praise the staff highly enough for how they have helped with booking our holiday, they are just so friendly and helpful.

Lynsey sorted our cruise, so much detail, offered different options, can't fault anything. Whilst booking this holiday I had mentioned we were looking for a further holiday for our family, but could not decide where, torn between Caribbean or Thailand, the staff were so knowledgeable, one specialised in Thailand holidays, gave me advice from personal experience, another knew the Caribbean and likewise.

Hays travel Killingworth went above and beyond my expectations- there is a wide range of holidays to choose for amazing prices!
