Went in today only 2 members of staff on multiple peaple waiting. Eventually got seen to add extras on to my holiday booking and the lady that help me could do with learning some peaple skills.i felt rushed and was made to feel very uncomfortable. Which is a shame because the lady I originally booked the holiday with was lovely. Would put me off booking with them again.

This is a great holiday company to get your holidays from. The staff are very friendly. The staff ask you what you're looking for holiday wise, where you are looking to go then they will give you ideas of where they think would be ideal for you to go to.

Not a patch on Thomas Cook or TUI customer service when I book long haul or cruises .
The personal service is just not there no product knowledge or Personal touch.
Very poor attitude towards customers
I do not recommend.
