In Praise of Hays travel Heswall. Lindsay Barber an her wonderful professional staff made my trip to Australia stress free 'just like walk in the park' From initial meeting I felt confident that all my needs were met They arranged everything including insurance , boarding pass, dietary requirements currency and advice on visa entry requirement . You could never get that wonderful service doing it yourself on line from. As an elderly person travelling alone I felt confident. I had a wonderful holiday Thank you all. I will certainly come to you again in the future.

Really pleasant young woman, answered all my questions regarding special dietary requirements on an all inclusive holiday. Now we just need to look at where we want to go and our budget, then I will be back to book. - booked ourselves somewhere nice, lovely staff, really helpful.

They ruined the start of my holiday. In fact if we had not been early to Manchester airport in the hope to relax and enjoy the business lounge we would of missed our flights. We spent over 2.5 hours trying to sort out Covid passes etc. We spend £100's off pounds getting tests, even though we had all the correct jabs and paper work etc. We missed the Business Class lounge, due to having to run back and forth through different terminals getting this forms, that Hays should have told us about BEFORE we got to Manchester Airport.
We went on our Honeymoon with Hays so they would sort all this out. I would have been better organising the honeymoon myself, then I would have known what was required. My husband was a nervous wreak for the whole flight, worrying about getting thought the Seychelles airport. It was his first time on a Business flight and Hays ruined it. He was right, we then got pulled over in the Seychelles airport over the same thing. It was a terrible start to the honeymoon.
We we got home, Hays tried to blame me for not knowing the rules!! The whole point of going with a "professional" travel agent is so that they look after you, especially as we where going business class. Disgusting company, no compensation for the £100's of pounds we had to spend at the airport otherwhys they would not have let us on the flight!! No apology only blame!! BE WARNED!!!!
