Natalie has been very helpful and informative whilst we were planning our trip.

Went in Hays travel about 8 months ago and spoke to Nicola, I had no idea where I wanted to go, just said I wanted sun, some culture and to end up on a beach somewhere, she put together the most amazing package for us. A few days in Bangkok then a couple of days at an elephant sanctuary then finish the holiday off at a hotel next to the beach, it was everything could of asked for and more

Whilst they pretend to care in reality they do not. Once they have taken the money it is a closed case as far they are concerned. They use third/fourth-party providers and if anything goes wrong with these 'sub-contractors', Hayes just shrug their shoulders and do not take responsibility. Visit this branch and book anything with them at your own peril. Never again....!
