I can not recommend TC enough for booking our holidays. Myself and my partner have been using them for years and always see Natasha. We are never disappointed with the accommodation provided and we are always accommodated to what we want from our holidays. Excellent customer service from her and her team - it would be rude to not give them 5*!

Absolutely done in 45 minutes of walking in, all inclusive holiday for 4 booked, special requests catered for, lovely staff, very informative and polite, they even matched the on line price, so i had no work to do, would definitely recommend, so much so will book next year next week.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We enquired about a trip in Sept 23 but it didn't phase them. They obviously couldn't give us prices but they were very helpful about the feasibility of our plans, took details, and said they will contact us when prices come available. Excellent service. 🙂

Great experience at the store, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Ended up booking our holiday with Natasha, she was excellent, couldn't have done more for us and we will definitely be booking with her again.

What a con with exchanging euros 1.07 online but exchanged in store at 1.002 staff rude and unhelpful never go there again.
It was the same when I went to book a holiday so I used Thomson instead.

A friend got travel money out for me and the conversion rate was awful compared to online. £300 to €300 in store but through Thomas Cooks click and collect is worth €327.18 at this current moment. Told my friend was because of Brexit at the time what a con.

Have added 1 star after calling up and collecting the additional money we should have received however the person at the counter who served us before still had an attitude.
