Absolutely the very best service you can possibly ask for. I was served by Meghan and she was so pleasant and extremely kind and helpful I was booking a Cruise for the first time ever so had zero knowledge of what I would need and what was available to me.
Meghan couldn't have been more helpful she made the entire experience very easy and explained everything despite me asking a huge amount of questions. Her communication skills are faultless which is a rare skill these days. What ever that girl is paid she deserves more. Meghan is in my humble opinion the best asset any travel agent could possibleask for. And definitely the best Agent any customer could ask for. Huge thank you from me I can't recommend them enough. It's so nice in this day and age to get such a high quality and friendly service. At no point did I feel under any pressure the entire experience was fantastic. Actually it really should be a minus . I went to the shop talked to a man who never showed me a holiday, just asked for my email address and told me he would sand details... Well 4weeks later lm still waiting. I have booked a 5*all inclusive holiday for 2 . With TUI. Whose customer service far outweighs that of hays , still if he is on commission . He is a fool 😁👎

Initially I bought euros for my daughter and family,but when I phoned to buy some for my husband and l a few weeks later,,the young lady wasn't very helpful and I felt as if I was a criminal so I shall get them elsewhere.
Ive been buying my euros from you for a while.

It's been a year since I used this company and I am still angry. So I booked a weeks holiday to Lanzarote for August 2016 then a month before we are due to go I get a call telling me the holiday is cancelled as the company they had booked with had gone bust, so they booked us into another hotel in Lanzarote for the same week (brilliant). Then on the day we are due to fly out I get a call telling me (you guessed it) the holiday had been cancelled again, by now I am getting really frustrated. So with only hours to go they say they have found us another hotel(great). Upon getting to Lanzarote airport the taxi I had booked and paid for with Hays was non existent but I finally convinced a rep to get us to the hotel, then disaster strikes again the hotel had no booking for us so after 2 hours of ringing around they put us into a temporary room telling us not to unpack and to come to reception in the morning. During the week we stayed we had to change room 3 yes 3 times. What did I get as compensation for this disaster you ask? A grand sum of £100 pounds yes that's right one hundred pounds. I would never recommended this company to anyone.

Worst experience, staff where extreme unprofessional talking to each other across us. Also talking about other members of staff at other branches who were having to go to A&E. Would never book through then again and I haven’t even been away yet.
