We booked a holiday to Egypt and had booked and paid for a tour through Hays of the Great Pyramids of Giza on the last day of our holiday. Our transport never arrived and we had no communication from the company either. We were devastated as this was the whole reason we came to Egypt.
Also when we arrived at Cairo airport our transport never showed up and again no communication why. We were left in the air port with no transport to our hotel and the airport closing with men hounding us and the children. We had to pay another company to take us to our hotel.
Also our transport from the hotel back to the airport didn't show up and we spent over an hour ringing the company for them to show up and had to pay again.
I would avoid unless you want the worry of transports not showing up when you already paid Hays for this service or not being able to enjoy a day out you have paid for .

Haystravel made a comment on my partners review (Louise Drew)mentioning we had a partial refund. The refund was an apsolute disgrace and to get a further refund we had to go through a lengthy process, in the end we gave up. We spent thousands on a trip to Cairo and didn't get to do what we dreamed for years. Honestly avoid this comanny

My family and I were heartbroken when our transfer didn't show up on our last day to see the Pyramids of Giza. Words can't explain how upset we were. We had two transfers that failed to show up arranged by Lindsey. Please avoid. I would recommend trail finders which is a minute walk from Haystravel on the Cheltenham highstreet.

VERY SATISFIED WITH HAYS TRAVEL IN CHELTENHAM

We have recently booked a Norwegian Cruise with David at the Cheltenham Hays Branch after previously promising ourselves we would book something with Hays, particularly after being impressed with the excellent positive review profiles, which are posted on this website.

David helpfully booked the reservation advising on all the relevant components, and whilst there was a couple of minor issues regarding personal information initially, these were readily resolved in David’s absence the following day by Peter, who also helped to resolve a problem with a re-booking of our secure parking facility. Help was also given after the booking was made for shore excursions, which wevmistakenly made. Lilly, very kindly came to the rescue and readily resolved this for us.

Many thanks to all concerned for the help given with this reservation, and for resolving these minor issues for us.

We are looking forward to our cruise and to a future association with the Cheltenham Branch of Hays Travel which we will undoubtedly use again. .

The staff didn't really want to help us there was no enthusiasm with the lady who was supposed to be trying to sell us a holiday. We certainly won't be booking a holiday with this company.
