Waited for more than 30 minutes while only one staff was attending to someone else . parking ticket expired as I waited.. no seats to sit on as you wait.. whats the point of having two staff at the money exchange who can't help on travel issues? ? what a shame

They were not very helpful, unless it was easy to book they couldn't be bothered unlike the previous travel agent
